Stabilization RFP Addendum

The Town of Northfield is seeking bids from contractors for the demotion and site stabilization of a FEMA flood-damaged property located at 310 Water Street. Since this RFP was first distributed, an asbestos pre-demolition inspection of the property was completed. Bid proposals are due by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 2, 2025.
