NOTICE OF HEARING

BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION

 

November 17, 2008 – 7:00 P.M.

 

A Public Hearing will be held in the conference room of the Municipal Building, 51 South Main Street, Northfield, Vermont to hear the following:

 

Subdivisions

Robert Lefcourt has applied to subdivide his property on West Hill Road, to create two lots of 25 acres each. 

 

Site Plans

Hollis Ricker has applied to move four storage trailers belonging to Norwich University from their present location near Crescent Avenue to a new location on the main campus property. 

 

Hill-Martin Corp has applied to open a construction equipment dealership on the property of Bean, Bean and Bean at 94 Water Street.
