VERMONT PRIMARY ELECTION
ABSENTEE BALLOTS ARE NOW AVAILABLE!
In-person voting will take place at the Northfield Middle/High School on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Should you decide to come to the polls to vote, please, please wear a mask! Things are a little different due to COVID-19. The State of Vermont did a mass mailing of postcards so voters could request an absentee ballot through the mail. All you need to do is fill it out, return to the Town Clerk’s office, and a ballot will be mailed to you. You also can vote absentee in the office or pick up a ballot (your own only). We highly recommend that we mail you a ballot to minimize public contact at the school. If you have any questions or to request a ballot, call Town Clerk Kim Pedley or Assistant Town Clerk Janel Doney at 485-5421. Thank you and please stay well and stay safe! Please click here to view sample ballots.
