Municipal Plan Outreach Planning: 7:10-7:50
Ken Jones, of the Green Mountain Institute for Environmental Democracy, will work with the Commission to finalize the public participation process as part of the update of the Municipal Plan.
Signs
John Biondolillo has applied for a permit to post a sign for BCK Real Estate on the property of Alice Grupe at 17 East Street.
WESCO, Inc, has applied to change the existing Exxon signs to new Gulf signs at the Champlain Farms gas station at 1 Main Street.
Subdivisions
Robert Lefcourt has applied to subdivide his property on West Hill Road, to create two lots of 25 acres each.
Kathleen Osgood and Thomas Dana, Jr, have applied to subdivide their property on Loop Road.
Scott and Nancy Gross have applied to subdivide their property on Turkey Hill Road.
Site Plans
Larry Holub has applied to build a roof projecting from the rear of the American Legion building at 48 Depot Square to provide shelter to the handicapped ramp and rear stairway.
Hollis Ricker has applied to move four storage trailers belonging to Norwich University from their present location near Crescent Ave to a new location next to the ski area storage garage at the top of Stagecoach Road.
